Bernina has set a new standard for future machine generations with the launch of its new sewing and embroidery machines. This includes product and user interface design, hardware, display size and resolution, and range of functions.

Bernina collaborated with Makery to make the potential of internet-enabled machines available to end customers through the Bernina Remote App.
The app allows users to easily track the status and progress of their embroidery projects on various devices, such as iOS or Android mobile devices. The app's technological foundation was selected to allow for future expansion of its functions.
Makery also assisted EPS, the technical service provider, in developing the app's design, usability concept, and making it available on all major mobile device platforms.
